Looking for a spot that feels like home? We have a bright, spacious, furnished bedroom in our charming detached... private residence located on a quiet residential street just steps from the buzz of College Street.

The Room: Large, second-floor bedroom with three windows overlooking the backyard/garden (tons of natural light!) and a large, 6 foot wide closet. Currently furnished with a king-sized bed, desk, and bookshelf. Your room is down a hallway, which provides privacy and a feeling of separation from the hustle and bustle of the house.

The House: A detached, just-renovated, stylish home in downtown Toronto. The house features cozy common areas with sofas, wood-burning stove, board games, piano, and TV, a modern kitchen with updated appliances, and a spacious backyard patio area.

Bath: You will share a bathroom with the kids in the home, but you will have a dedicated medicine cabinet and sink for your exclusive use.

Laundry: Washer and dryer in the basement.

Gym and amenities: You are welcome to use the basement gym. We also have a cleaning service come weekly for the home.

Transit: 2-minute walk to the 506 Carlton Streetcar and an 8-minute walk to Christie and Bloor Stations.

Neighborhood: You’re a stone’s throw from some of the city’s best coffee shops, bars, and parks.

Groceries: Metro and several local fruit markets are right around the corner.

The Roommates: You’ll be sharing the house with two professionals who work from home and their two charming kids. We’re a friendly and busy household and are happy to give you space, and also to occasionally invite you to watch a movie together in the living room.
