Perfect for a couple or two roommates (I’ve even lived here with three people for a few months — cozy but doable haha!).

Not included: hydro (electricity), laundry (machines in the basement, card-operated), or air conditioning (but you're welcome to bring a portable A/C — I have one and it works great)

The unit is part of a small, quiet, well-kept building. Laundry is in the basement and there’s a buzzer system for secure entry. The balcony is lovely — we’ve grown vegetables out there and love sitting out for sunsets or early-morning coffee.

A bit about me: I’m the owner and have lived here for over 5 years with roommates and now with my partner. We’ve loved this space and are looking for someone (or a couple someones!) who’ll appreciate it as much as we have. The second bedroom is a great office or guest room, but flexible depending on your setup.
