Private Room + house to share

Your room is a furnished bedroom east facing on the second floor with a large deck in a renovated house. We need another woman to share the house with an A I expert working from home, and an artist. Pottery painting and printmaking and photography... facilities are in the backyard studio. There are 2 small friendly dogs living here too.
September 1 is a good date for moving in. It could be earlier or later as it suits. We have a beautiful house and kitchen to share. We have laundry in the basement. Queen and Broadview is an interesting neighbourhood, with pubs, bars and restaurants galore. Jimmy Simpson Rec centre and a library branch 2 minutes away .
Rent is $1000. per month.
