This is a renovated room in a no smoking house that is furnished. The room has an easterly exposure and so gets the morning sun There is a bed, desk chest of drawers and closet. There is a shared bathroom with two others that is modern and recently... renovated. All the utilities are included and you have access to the the laundry and kitchen. Cycles can be locked against City posts close to the house.There is a lovely park 3 minutes walk from the house. The 26 bus is two minutes away and goes directly to the U of T. The Ossington subway is a 12 minute walk.
Freshco is a 10 minute walk, along with a Community city gym and pool.
We are looking for a calm serious student who wants to use the home base as a place to relax and study. We prefer the person renting meets friends out of the house. We are fairly relaxed.
