The home is a bright newly renovated home with 3 floors. The first floor is the kitchen / Dining and Living Room. You would have a small fridge for yourself.
The second floor is where the rental bedroom is, which is fully furnished, with view to... the street and windows on both sides of the room.
The bed is a queen sized bed, with an excellent quality memory foam topper. It has a large closet, with mirrors and glass french doors, with drawers, and shelves, within. Not all the closet is available for the roommate as the owner keeps some Christmas items in a portion of the closet. There is also a secretaire that opens as a desk, with a bench and there is also another chair with back if you prefer. The room has great natural light in the day, and LED lamps (both clear and warm) and accent lighting lamps for the evening. Sheets and bedding are provided, one set of towels, and a mat for the bathroom, so you can move only with your clothes.
The ensuite bathroom is a private 3 piece bathroom - which would only be used by you - with bathtub / shower, toilet and sink, with 2 windows to the outside, heated floor for the winter, and natural ventilation.
The laundry room is on the third floor, which is where the owner lives / works from home, but you can use the laundry between 7PM -10PM on weekdays, and on weekends anytime during the day.
1 person is allowed to be in this room. There are 2 other occupied rooms, with one person each, so the maximum number of occupants in the house would be 3, including the owner. The other current occupant is a Ph.D. female student at U of T.
