Campus Corner Residences provides full housing solutions for students at a convenient price point. Our goal is to not have the student worry about a single thing in the residence, and that way they... can focus on excelling in their academic pursuit. A secondary goal is to build a collegial relationship amongst the students in the house, and encourage friendship building and intellectual exchanges. Students are carefully vetted then admitted into private furnished bedrooms in a shared house, with common amenities including a kitchen with private cupboard/fridge space, common bathrooms (& some private ones), laundry/dryer room, common living room, and library. There will be regular maintenance services in the home, including weekly cleaning of all common areas as well as landscaping services.
This residence is meant exclusively for students of the University of Toronto Mississauga Campus. It is conveniently located within a very close distance of the UTM campus. It is a short 1-2 minute walk to the bus stop, then only one stop away from the UTM Davis/Kaneff bus drop-off point. The total trip, if planned according to bus arrival times, should take the student less than 10 minutes. Walking, the other option to get to campus, takes just under 20 minutes.
We have a total of 2 rooms in the residence that will be available May 1st. and we are offering a 10% discount on a full summer term rental (May-August). Summer students are guaranteed to be able to remain in the residence should they choose to, and will also get priority access to rooms opening up in September.
