This accommodation consists of a fully furnished second floor sitting/study room combined with a loft level bedroom, sharing the remainder of the house and garden with the homeowner. The rental space is approximately 40 sq.m. (400 sq.ft.) and is... equipped with a bar fridge. Bathroom, kitchen, laundry area and other spaces within the house are available on a shared basis. The rental is intended for single occupancy only.

The house is located within an easy commute on a direct streetcar line to the downtown campuses of U of T and TMU, as well as central hospitals and research institutes, including the MaRS Centre. The east-west Bloor/Danforth subway line is within walking distance or a 10 minute bus ride. The lakefront park, beach and boardwalk are a short walk or bike ride away. On-street car parking is available by permit through an application to the City, and some general or bicycle storage space is available in the garage.

All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.

A full academic year rental is preferred however a single semester period may be considered. Payment of rent for the first and last month of the term will be expected on signing of a rental agreement.
