This is the home I normally live in, so it has been furnished and equipped as a home rather than as a typical rental property. I take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable and well maintained, and I hope to find someone who will enjoy it and care for it in the same way.

I consider myself friendly, straightforward and easy to deal with. I value good communication, mutual respect and making sure that both sides are completely comfortable with the arrangement. I am not looking simply for the first person willing to rent the apartment; finding the right fit is more important to me.
