Shared with 1 homeowner. 2 minute walk to bus (2) or 10 minute walk to Subway. Quiet neighbourhood. Quiet household. 3 cats in residence. Renter must be comfortable with cats. No accommodation for additional pets. No tobacco or cannabis smoking inside ( allergies). Alcohol or ingested cannabis in moderation permitted. Renter must be willing to keep shared spaces clean and organized. I will need assistance with light household chores (dishes, garbage collection etc.) Cleaning lady comes every other week.
