Located in the heart of Greektown, Little Ethiopia, and growing Turkish and Mexican/Central American communities with restaurants and groceries to match. We are a half-hour door to door University of Toronto campus using Pape station to St. George station.

We are close to the Don Valley trails and Withrow Park. Lots of cafes, restaurants, vegetable stands, and grocery stores in walking distance.

One bedroom will fit a double bed and a dresser or desk. The other bedroom will fit a double bed, dresser, and bookcase or desk. Lots of closet space.

We have installed the best sound/fire abatement possible, but you'll still hear us walking around or our toddler grandson when he is over to visit. While one can hear a loud conversation taking place, music, or the TV on for an action film, no individual words can be heard.

Come and see the place and see if we all get along. We're living right next to each other, so it's good if our habits match. We only rent to people we have met in person. No zoom interviews. It's a quiet, friendly neighbourhood and if quiet is what you want, this is your place.
