apartment close to campus (Shared Housing)

Hey! I’m a student at York University, (26 female) so during the school year I’ll be pretty focused and out for most of the day. I’m definitely a night owl right now, but I’m planning to get on a more consistent schedule by September. I really value... a clean, organized living space, especially in shared areas like the kitchen and living room, so I’m looking for roommates who feel the same way. I don’t usually host people, but I’m totally cool with guests as long as it’s respectful of the shared space (aka not a two-week-long sleepover situation). Looking for two chill, responsible girls who want a clean, peaceful, and cozy place to come home to!

This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom fully furnished apartment with lots of natural light and plenty of shared space. I currently live in the master bedroom, and I’m looking for two girls to fill the two remaining bedrooms. The available rooms are equal in size and will share a private bathroom between the two of you (I have my own ensuite).
