Each room has a large egress window, and plenty of storage. The photographed common areas are dedicated to these tenants.
The landlord also resides in the home, but has separate living spaces.

Visitors allowed, as long as they are quiet, and respectful of the property and other occupants of the home.
(Suggestion: no more than (3) visitors at a time; or (1) per tenant).
