Building amenities include party room, gym, indoor pool and saunas.
3 minutes bus ride or 10 mins walk to Cedarvale Subway Station. Bus station in front of the building. 3 minutes walk to grocery store and to Kay Gardner beltline. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
There is a cat in the apartment which is being taken care of by the owner.
Restrictions:
1(one) female tenant only. Absolutely no smoking, no alcohol, no pets of any kind and no pork in the unit. No male visitors, except immediate family members (father/brother). A maximum of 4 (four) single-day visits per month and a maximum of 2 (two) visitors at a time. Visiting hours 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. 24 hours notice must be given for all visitors.
