1 bdrm+den apartment in amazing Toronto neighbourhood - 1 yr sublet

We are a couple looking to sublet our furnished apartment for one (1) year. We’ve been living in this place for 8 years and we love it. If you are looking for a place short term (1 year), furnished and in a great neighborhood, we would love to hear... from you.

Cost: The rent of $2175 includes electricity, heat, air conditioning, and internet.
Dates: December 15th 2025 to December 15th 2026. However, the move-in date and our return date are somewhat flexible. It can be a bit shorter or longer, so don’t hesitate to let us know what would work for you. More pictures available upon request.

It is a fully furnished apartment with a full washroom, one bedroom and one large open concept kitchen / dining room that we also use as the living room. Plus, there’s a third room that we use as the workout/yoga room, but it can also be used as a living room. This room leads to a fourth room in the back that we use as the office. From there you have access to a lovely and good sized back deck.

The apartment is on the main floor of a lovely old house that is well maintained by the owners who live close by. Our front porch is partially hidden from the street below, and with its two muskoka chairs and bistro table, it’s perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and croissant. Want a little more privacy? You can have it on the lovely back deck that overlooks not one but two parks!

There is so much to enjoy that is within walking and cycling distance; Great parks, large grocery stores, independent fruit & vegetable stores, bulk food stores, pharmacies, countless restaurants for all budgets that showcase Toronto’s incredible cultural diversity, cafes, bars, gyms, art galleries, museum, cinemas, funky laneways, community centres with indoor and outdoor pools, amazing neighbourhoods such as Kensington Market - one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world, [web address removed], Koreatown, Little Italy, Little Portugal, Chinatown, Ossington St., Bloordale, Annex, and many more.

But don't just take our word for it. For both walking and transit, [web address removed] scores our address as a 93/100 - a "Walker’s Paradise where Daily errands do not require a car," and a "Rider’s Paradise, World-class public transportation." And for cycling, they rate it a perfect 100/100! A "Biker’s Paradise, Daily errands can be accomplished on a bike."
